Frustrated with Data Communications LLC's lack of response

On September 21, 2024, I signed up for Data Communications LLC's warranty service at their Efrainland, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $209.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Juston D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
