Poor customer service experience with Data Communications LLC

I purchased a plan from Data Communications LLC on August 22, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Raven K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
