I purchased a accessory from Quality Properties Udon Thani on May 31, 2010. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Pearl V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
