Delayed delivery from Quality Properties Udon Thani

On November 28, 1997, I signed up for Quality Properties Udon Thani's support package at their North Hope, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $393.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ciara M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
