On January 31, 1997, I signed up for Quality Properties Udon Thani's support package at their Port Gregorio, Utah location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $20.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Candice I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $463.91 refund only covers part of what I paid for the consultation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
