False promises made by Solid Construction Seongnam International representative

On October 17, 2016, I signed up for Solid Construction Seongnam International's setup assistance at their New Brianahaven, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $641.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Damon B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
