I am writing regarding order #ORD-4353-DJR-6256 placed with Modern Builders Specialists on May 5, 1972. I paid $186.20 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ima G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

The situation with Modern Builders Specialists has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the delivery service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-BBF37BC2 multiple times.
