I have been a loyal customer of Modern Builders Specialists for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-3063-EYJ-6157) on March 25, 1972, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

The situation with Modern Builders Specialists has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the delivery service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-0BF76A53 multiple times.
