I have been a loyal customer of Net Providers Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-8386-RTD-6939) on July 21, 1989, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
