I want to report a serious concern with Expert-Projects Angers's account that I purchased on August 12, 2024 from your East Crystal, Kentucky store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jayce P., but my issue remains unresolved.
