Complaint Details
I am writing regarding order #ORD-5246-WCK-1746 placed with Modern-Projects on February 16, 2025. I paid $507.52 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Shanna S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I hope Modern-Projects will address this issue by issue a formal apology.
