Unsatisfactory resolution from Solid Build Professionals

I want to report a serious concern with Solid Build Professionals's warranty package that I purchased on March 16, 2025 from your East Evelyn, Hawaii store. The product has was charged incorrectly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Frank H., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Solid Build Professionals to take responsibility and fix the billing error.
