I'm writing to complain about the return policy I received from Solid Build Professionals. After paying $517.82 for package, I found that it is missing essential components. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Jaylen S., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope Solid Build Professionals will address this issue by adjust my account balance.

May 08, 2025 06:00I want to acknowledge that Solid Build Professionals has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $91.85 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $91.85 for a kitchen knife set that never worked properly.
