I want to report a serious concern with Modern Contractors's accessory that I purchased on January 24, 2025 from your East Arlie, Tennessee store. The product has was billed multiple times despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ford G., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Modern Contractors fix the security vulnerability as soon as possible.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The sweater from Modern Contractors not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
