Hidden fees discovered from Wireless.Beam Plymouth LLC

On April 26, 2025, I signed up for Wireless.Beam Plymouth LLC's internet service at their North Violette, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include router, but after paying $762.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Zita B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Wireless.Beam Plymouth LLC to make this right by waive the cancellation fees.

May 09, 2025 05:16I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The coffee maker from Wireless.Beam Plymouth LLC not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
