Misleading advertising by Wireless.Beam Plymouth LLC

On May 25, 2025, I signed up for Wireless.Beam Plymouth LLC's mobile data at their Hillshire, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include mobile hotspot, but after paying $395.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adeline S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Wireless.Beam Plymouth LLC will address this issue by honor the warranty.
