Warranty claim denied by Reliable Architecture

I have been a loyal customer of Reliable Architecture for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-1060-LZN-3292) on March 25, 2025, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Reliable Architecture will address this issue by compensate me for the inconvenience.

May 20, 2025 05:41I want to acknowledge that Reliable Architecture has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $184.14 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $184.14 for a headphones that never worked properly.
