I purchased a package from Builders Bros Gwangju on January 23, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Prudence M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Builders Bros Gwangju will address this issue by stop their deceptive business practices.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Builders Bros Gwangju, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my formal shoes. This is extremely frustrating.
