I purchased a warranty package from Builders Bros Gwangju on January 27, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced website errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kavon P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Builders Bros Gwangju will address this issue by issue a formal apology.
