I want to report a serious concern with Precision-Design Holdings's item that I purchased on April 28, 2025 from your Port Lolitaside, Rhode Island store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Wilhelmine P., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Precision-Design Holdings to make this right by provide the documentation I requested.
