I am writing regarding order #ORD-6767-OVE-4959 placed with Precision-Design Holdings on February 3, 2025. I paid $837.56 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Eunice O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Precision-Design Holdings to compensate me for the inconvenience.

May 09, 2025 05:12I've received an email from Alex White at Precision-Design Holdings offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The handbag was clearly defective from the start.
