I purchased a equipment from Structures Bros Ipoh LLC on February 10, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gaylord M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Structures Bros Ipoh LLC to expedite the delivery of my order.
