On February 25, 2025, I signed up for SpectrumNet Technologies Murcia's roaming service at their Lillianburgh, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include landline service, but after paying $168.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Domenica D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I expect SpectrumNet Technologies Murcia to take responsibility and compensate me for the inconvenience.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The microwave from SpectrumNet Technologies Murcia not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
