Poor customer service experience with PulseData

On December 22, 2024, I signed up for PulseData's broadband at their Annabelshire, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include SIM card, but after paying $902.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Constantin E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I expect PulseData to take responsibility and train their staff to be more professional.
