I want to report a serious concern with Homes Bros's membership that I purchased on February 28, 2025 from your Rodriguezland, Texas store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Angel B., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like Homes Bros to adjust my account balance.
