Unresolved issue with Design Professionals item
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Design Professionals for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-5531-XQG-0861) on April 30, 2025, and have encountered received conflicting information from representatives. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Design Professionals will address this issue by implement better quality control.
