Ultimate Design provided defective package

On November 27, 2024, I signed up for Ultimate Design's premium support at their North Fidelmouth, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $195, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jayne C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Ultimate Design to make this right by provide a full refund.
