I am writing regarding order #ORD-1108-XLG-4946 placed with Elite Development Professionals Enterprises on April 22, 2025. I paid $668.1 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered was overcharged for basic service. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Terence T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Elite Development Professionals Enterprises to update their return policy.

I appreciate Elite Development Professionals Enterprises reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement wireless speaker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
