I'm writing to complain about the premium support I received from Dynamic-Homes. After paying $801.88 for service plan, I found that it had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Maryam V., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope Dynamic-Homes will address this issue by fix the billing error.
