I'm writing to complain about the maintenance plan I received from Superior Craft & Sons. After paying $26.88 for warranty package, I found that it found security vulnerabilities. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Eileen Z., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am asking Superior Craft & Sons to make this right by cancel my account without penalty.

May 18, 2025 05:46I want to acknowledge that Superior Craft & Sons has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $223.69 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $223.69 for a headphones that never worked properly.
